Branding guidelines

Branding guidelines for users of Arm trademarks in relation to the PSA Certified Program Agreement

Please follow these branding guidelines only if you are permitted to use the PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified logo(s) (collectively, the “Logo(s)”) under the terms of the PSA Certified Program agreement. Please contact Arm’s Trademarks Team at trademarks@arm.com if you have any questions about these guidelines:

  1. Advertising and promotional materials
    • You may apply the relevant Logo(s) to any advertising or promotional material relating to any COMPANY Product that is PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified (as defined in your agreement).
    • You may apply the relevant PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified word trademarks to any advertising material or promotional relating to any COMPANY Product that is PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified.
  2. Websites
    • You may apply the relevant Logo(s) and PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified word trademarks to the page(s) of your website relating to any COMPANY Product that is PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified.
    • You may use the relevant Logo(s) to create a hyperlink between the primary page of your website and the primary page or other suitable page of the PSA Website (as defined in your agreement).
  3. Products
    • You may not apply the Logo(s) and/or PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified word trademarks to any COMPANY Product that is PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified.
  4. Technical documentation
    • You may apply the relevant Logo(s) and/or PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified word trademarks to any technical documentation relating to any COMPANY Product that is PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified.

Please follow the PSA Certified logo use guidelines  when using the PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified logo(s).
