Branding Guidelines for Users of Trademarks in Relation to the PSA Certified Program Agreement

Please follow these branding guidelines only if you are permitted to use the PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified logo(s) (collectively, the “Logo(s)”) under the terms of the PSA Certified Program agreement.

  1. Advertising and promotional materials
    • You may apply the relevant Logo(s) to any advertising or promotional material relating to any COMPANY Product that is PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified (as defined in your agreement).
    • You may apply the relevant PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified word trademarks to any advertising material or promotional relating to any COMPANY Product that is PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified.
  2. Websites
    • You may apply the relevant Logo(s) and PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified word trademarks to the page(s) of your website relating to any COMPANY Product that is PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified.
    • You may use the relevant Logo(s) to create a hyperlink between the primary page of your website and the primary page or other suitable page of the PSA Certified Website (as defined in your agreement).
  3. Products
    • You may not apply the Logo(s) and/or PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified word trademarks to any COMPANY Product that is PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified.
  4. Technical documentation
    • You may apply the relevant Logo(s) and/or PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified word trademarks to any technical documentation relating to any COMPANY Product that is PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified.

Please follow the PSA Certified logo use guidelines when using the PSA Certified and/or PSA Functional API Certified logo(s).
