Marco Carrer

Marco Carrer is the CTO of EUROTECH where he is leading the development of Edge and IoT products and solutions to enable and simplify the Digital Transformation. Marco started his career in Sony and later joined Oracle where was directly responsible for the design and development of several innovative Oracle products in the areas of Web Services and Enterprise Collaboration. Throughout his career, Marco loved collaborating on open source projects and he is currently project lead for a couple of Eclipse IoT projects. Marco Carrer holds a Laurea in Electronic Engineering from University of Padova, a Master in Computer Science from Cornell University, New York and has been awarded several US patents.
